Kashi Vishwanath Temple
Situated on the western bank of holy river Ganga in Varanasi, Kashi Vishwanath Temple is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas or temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. The main deity of Kashi Vishwanath Temple is Lord Shiva, also known as Vishwanatha or Vishweshwarar meaning 'the ruler of the universe'. The city of Varanasi, the cultural capital of India, is thus known as the city of Lord Shiva. The temple has 800 kg of gold plating on its tower.
Triveni Sangam Prayag, Allahabad
Three rivers, Ganges, Yamuna and the invisible River Saraswati meet together here, creating a beautiful sight to the spectators. During the Kumbh Mela, which is celebrated here every 12 years, tourists and pilgrims from all over the country flock together, forming a human sea. Indira Gandhi, who was the dynamic Prime Minister of India, used to visit here and take a holy dip in the Sangam. One of the myths associated with the place is that when Gods passed over here with a pitcher full of nectar, a few drops of the nectar fell down. So a bath in the Sangam is considered very auspicious, having the power to wash away all your sins, making you pure. Another belief is that Lord Brahma used to perform Prakrishta Yajna here. This is supposed to give Allahabad the name Prayag.
GAYA-BODHGAYA TOUR
Situated by the bank of river Neranjana, in the Indian state of Bihar, lies the small town of Bodh Gaya. Vindhyachal

The town is well-known for the celebrated temple of Vindhyavasini through which Ganga passes sharing the divinity established here. Pilgrims coming to Banaras on road more often than not cover the destination as a part of their pilgrimage. Devi temple being just 8 Km away from Mirzapur, becomes a centre of holy expedition and devotee-pullers from different corners of India.
RAMNAGAR CHUNAR FORT
Packed with legends, the Chunar Fort lies 37 km from Varanasi and is avoided by the Ganga on opposite sides. The fortification was first developed in 56 BC, and appropriately changed hands of possession from the Afghan and Mughal rulers, to the British until 1947. The principal Governor General of India, Warren Hastings additionally took safe house here when a resistance broke out in 1781.
RSarnath, The Buddhist Place
Sarnath is located 13 kilometres north-east of Varanasi, in Uttar Pradesh, India. Sarnath is the deer park where Gautama Buddha first taught the Dharma, and where the Buddhist Sangha came into existence through the enlightenment of Kondanna.
Banaras Hindu University
Banaras Hindu University is one of the best places to visit in Varanasi. Formerly known as Central Hindu College Banaras Hindu University is a renowned educational institution and also a popular tourist site in Varanasi. Sprawls over a large area of 1300 acres of land, the university was founded in the year 1916 by Madan Mohan Malviya.
Tridev Temple

Sankat Mochan Temple
This temple has the unique distinction of having Lord Hanuman facing his Lord, Rama, whom he worshiped with steadfast and selfless devotion. In the temple, offerings to Lord Hanuman (called Prasad) are sold like the special sweet “besan ke ladoo”.

Jagannath Temple
The present temple was rebuilt from the 10th century onwards, on the site of an earlier temple, and begun by Anantavarman Chodaganga Deva, the first king of the Eastern Ganga dynasty. The Jagannath Temple is an important Hindu temple dedicated to Jagannath, a form of Sri Krishna in Puri in the state of Odisha on the eastern coast of India.
Pashupatinath Temple
Dedicated to Lord Shiva, Pashupatinath is one of the four most important religious sites in Asia for devotees of Shiva. Built in the 5th century and later renovated by Malla kings, the site itself is said to have existed from the beginning of the millennium when a Shiva lingam was discovered here. The largest temple complex in Nepal, it stretches on both sides of the Bagmati River which is considered holy by Hindus.
